Mark A. Maciel, Principal:

Mr. Maciel is an entrepreneurial real estate developer experienced in financial modeling, property improvement, civil engineering and entitlements.  After being mentored by one of Orlando’s most successful developers, he started New Providence Properties, LLC and M. Maciel and Associates, LLC where he developed several commercial and residential projects.  He currently sits on the Winter Garden Planning and Zoning Board and is a principal in a successful civil engineering firm in Tavares, Florida. Mr. Maciel is often called upon by other real estate professionals to assess their projects and has been quoted in several Orlando area business journals.

James Bonnette, Principal:

Mr. Bonnette is known for his abilities in the manufacturing, importing and rehab business.  He started renovating houses in the early 90’s and moved on to opening his own import/manufacturing plant in Orlando, Florida.  James is responsible for sourcing and wholesaling our materials.  He continually keeps up with pricing a design trends so you can always receive the best value.  His experience keeps RIAB and its partners on a continued path for growth and success.

Gary Kelly, Celebrity Principal Designer:

Glasgow-Born, Award winning designer Gary Thomas Kelly is as much at home on camera appearing on the two current HGTV and Discovery Health design programs as he is off camera at the helm of Distinctive Interiors International. His varied design background in both residential and commercial interiors is evident in projects from New York, South Florida, and Canada to London.  His firm splits their time between high-end residential and specialized commercial projects.

Some of the noted commercial projects include, An award winning Law Office at the Courvoisier Center on Brickell Key. The law offices of the Premier Ft. Lauderdale firm, Bogenschutz, Dutko, and Kroll P.A. The headquarters of Air Jamaica in Miami, as well as boutique investment banking and mortgage companies.
